Pak-India efforts afoot to ease visa procedures: Sharat
LAHORE: Indian High Commissioner Sharat Sabharwal Tuesday said Pakistan and India were making efforts to ease the visa procedures at both sides and this regard a second round of talks between the interior ministers of sides will be held in August, Geo News reported.

In his address here at Federation of Pakistan Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI), the Indian High Commissioner said Pakistan and India were trying to bring about procedural changes to ease the visa regime.

“It is essential to promote bilateral trade to bridge the trust deficit between the two countries,” he said.

On the occasion, President FPCCI Haji Ghulam Ali said it also vital to boost exchange of trade delegations between the two neighboring countries.
